From the beautiful high-plains farms surrounding us, we proudly select and serve only robust produce at the peak of its flavor and goodness from: Oxford Farm, Haystack Mountain Creamery, Full Circle Farms, Mouco Camembert, Turtle Springs Farm, Broken Shovels Goat Creamery, Niwot Hops, Hazel Dell Mushrooms, Munson Family Farms, Boulder Lamb, Rogues Farm Eggs and as you may have seen–our own COLTERRA Garden.
Our meat is all natural raised–hormone and antibiotic free – from: Teton Waters Ranch (pasture raised beef); Coleman Ranch; Long Family Farms; King Canyon Buffalo Ranch.
Our fish our flown in from around the world but only from sustainable, populations inspected and verified as the highest quality.
