From the beautiful high-plains farms surrounding us, we proudly select and serve only robust produce at the peak of its flavor and goodness from: Oxford Farm, Haystack Mountain, Cure Farm, Mouco Camembert, Red Wagon Farm and as you may have seen–our own COLTERRA Garden.

Our meat is all natural raised–hormone and antibiotic free – from: Teton Waters Ranch (pasture raised beef); Coleman Ranch; Long Family Farms; King Canyon Buffalo Ranch.

Our fish our flown in from around the world but only from sustainable, populations inspected and verified as the highest quality.
